Downgrading vs Canceling Subscription

    Hello, with reference to the question I asked below and the answer I received, would it be possible to downgrade from Silver to Bronze instead of canceling my subscription and subscribing again?

    If so, when should I do that? (my current month subscription ends on 17th , should I do it on the same day or before it expires?)

    Yes, you would be renewed automatically on July 17th. We request you to cancel the subscription I-M6UUJ1X9FDCU from your PayPal account to prevent the auto-renewal.

    Once your account is on the free subscription on July 17th you may upgrade it again with the Bronze plan.

    Hello,

    Since you are paying via PayPal, you will need to cancel the subscription and upgrade again as explained by my colleague on your other ticket.

    The reason is that each subscription has a separate ID on PayPal and is processed separately.

    This would have been possible, if you were subscribing via credit card, where you could directly downgrade - the amounts would be prorated.

    Since your current plan is valid till July 17, you can subscribe to the Bronze plan on July 16.
