Check Box Answers don't show up in notification emails

    When I get the notification saying my form has been submitted by a user, the check box answers don't show up in the email.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Upon checking your form, I found out the the issue is had something to do with your form's notification.

    This is what I've seen on your form's notification only.

    In order to fixed the issue, please re-create your email notification.
