Sharing data among teachers and students using JotForm

I am wondering if I send the JotForm that I have created to staff will they be able to share the documents with their students?  Thank you, Kim Rolli

Hello Kim! The way Jotform works is that you can collect data along with documents (as file uploads) from your users. Anyone having the form link can fill out your form and once they do, that data will be made available to you at your end.

So, if your forms are being filled by your students, then that information will be made available to you you and optionally to your staff members.

I am not very sure about what you meant by "will they be able to share the documents with their students".
Can you please elaborate your use case.

I want to send it to the staff and then they send it to their students. I guess I am asking whoever sends the link get the response correct?  Thanks, Kim

You can edit who gets the email response by changing the email recipient email address.

You may add an autoresponder email so that the form respondents may receive an email response after they submit the form if they add their email address.
