Hello. I received a message that my forms have been disabled because I reached my limit. I am trying to upgrade to the eceonomy plan so that I can resume my forms but I keep getting an error when I attempt to upgrade.

I have just check our records and found out that you have upgraded your account to our Professional Monthly Plan then you've forgot to cancel your Premium Monthly Plan.
I have now upgraded your account to our Professional Monthly Plan and cancel the Premium Monthly subscription.

Hi there again, your account subscription is now Professional Monthly. Would you like to switch to our Economy Monthly plan ($19.95 per month) which is lesser than Pro Plan ($49.95 per month) ? Please let us know so we can proceed to automatically do this to our Payment Processor - Plimus (now BlueSnap).
