Our forms are not being submitted in Kiosk Mode

    Hi there,


    We were using the form in kiosk mode over the weekend. The form was being used on an iPad, and the iPad had cellular data, and I confirmed that the form was updated, and that cellular data was on.

    We have used this form for several weekends now, and it was set up to email a PDF to me to indicate the sale was completed in "real time"

    This weekend, as each form was submitted in kiosk mode, it did email a copy indicating that the order was submitted properly, and did not update until I was connected to wifi this morning.  

    Is there something that I missed in configuration?

    I'm sorry, I'd like to clarify if the problem is with the PDF document not being attached in the email or it's the delay with the notification or both?

    Please note that the app will determine your network and upload/sync the data accordingly. A cellular data will work but see to it that you are not restricting our app. You will have to check your settings to confirm that.

    I did not receive a notification at any time over the weekend for any submission that were submitted.


    To my knowledge, there is no restriction regarding the syncing the app.

    Thank you for the confirmation.

    I see multiple submissions sent today, so I would suggest checking that. It's more of the syncing problem, I believe, considering that you've mentioned they are sent when you are connected on the Wifi.

    If you did not get the email, check your junk/spam folders. You should mark emails from JotForm as not spam to whitelist us to your end.

    If nothing on the spam/junk folder, please provide us the ID of the submissions that are not sent, and we'll be happy to create a ticket here.
