Reports still missing

I exchanged some messages 10 days ago...  was told that it was being sent to "back-end for further assistance" but still no word though.  I don't have the "Open in Report" option and now I don't see the custom report building option either.  Help?

The ticket you're referring to was escalated here https://www.jotform.com/answers/2394241. It was someone else's ticket where you've posted a reply and there's still no update as of the moment.

Just to clarify, the new JotForm Report Builder is still not officially released but it would really come so soon, probably within this month. You will be informed via email once this is rolled out.
