I keep getting locked out of login due to 5 attempts it says

    Hi there,

    I have had this issue a couple times, it will lock me out of the account but I haven't had a failed log in. I do go in and out of the jot forms website all day long as our patients fill out their forms. So I do have to log back in frequently as it won't let me stay in the jotforms for that long. Is there something I can do to avoid getting locked out?

    Greetings Melanie,

    Please note that accounts enabled with HIPAA Compliance are being lockout due to multiple failed login attempts. I activated your account, you should be able to login now. 

    Please make sure you are trying to access your account with the correct password used. Please also check if the saved account credentials by your browser are correct.  You can reset your account password first and then safely save that password somewhere in the text document so you will be always totally sure that you try to access with correct password.

    I have the password saved so I never usually have to put it in again so I'm not sure why it says failed login.

    Are you still experiencing the issue? Were you able to login to the account now?

    Please check if your account password is expired?

    If you have enabled these settings to expire the password after 90 days then the password expires after 90 days:

    Yes, I was able to get back in ok, we've only been using jotforms for a couple of weeks and this issue has happened 2x, we reset it once already, I will see if it happens again today.
