The conditional emails are not triggering

In my form : FB-RuptureConventionnelle2 // https://eu.jotform.com/inbox/201934970449362

i customed a rule (purple condition) that make : send a mail to junglebeato@hotmail.com

Then i tryed to fill something different that not make match the purple condition but i didn't receive any mail on rocky.tan@hotmail.fr any advice please?

the other condition works

If the condition fails then no email will be triggered. You would have to write another condition to trigger the email to rocky.tan@hotmail.fr if the condition fails(has values other than those defined in the purple condition)
