PDF conversion feature messed up the alignment of the document

    I have a form that I want to have converted and be able to email it.   I only need about 5-10 submissions a month.  Can you guys help me.  The conversion feature messed up the alignment of the document

    Could you please give us a bit more information about the alignment issue you're referring to? I checked your PDF form and the fields seem to be properly mapped/aligned.
