Issues with Matrix Dynamique and Configurable List widget.

Hi,

We continue to have multiple issues with several of the widgets, particularly the Configurable List and Matrix Dynamique. We purchased use of JotForm for these specific tools and have been frustrated that they continue to fail.

When the form is being used, these fields become unusable, either notifying us with an X that the widget cannot be used or the widgets do not save information.

If these problems cannot be fixed, please let us know so we can seek another solution.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Since widget loads externally, it's possible that it hasn't loaded completely.

I just tested the last form you've used https://www.jotform.com/201897373278165 and the widget loads fine on my end.

May I know if you are still able to replicate the issue on your end?

Hello Joshua - I tried cloning the said form and made a few test submissions, but wasn't able to replicate the issue. The data entered in the Matrix Dynamique widgets are saved.

Also, may we know if the form is embedded on a webpage? If so, please share with us the URL and allow us to make a submission to it. We'll check if we'll be able to replicate that issue on our end.

Here is an example - it should be horizontal. When we click to Save and Add
Row it doesn't work.
