    People get errors when filling in the form

    Dear JotForm, I heard from several people that they got an error when filling in my form. I didn't get their filled in form after the errors. Also I got two notifications in my e-mail, which looked very strange. I could read the information in the form though. 

    Do you know what's going on? I don't want to miss information because of this.

    Hi sharon, Very Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please provide us the error message that  user is getting? So that it will be more helpfull for us to investigate further.

    Because I did a test submission on your form and it is working fine from our end.

    Dear Jotform,

    Thank you for your quick answer.

    I will try to find out what kind of error messages they’ve got.

    The test form you filled in was fine. But what’s strange, is that the e-mail I get from you (with the filled in form) says:

    =?UTF-8?B??=

    Normally is says:

    noreply@jotmails.com

    That’s what I’m getting since 2 weeks.

    Is there any change that this is related to the error messages?

    I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with that.

    I just did a test submission on your form. Request you to please forward the notification email you have received to "support@jotform.com". Also please let us know which browser or email client are you using and we will have a check on that.
