Hi,
Thank you for letting me know that.
And here is one concern, If for some reason my Jotform's Google integration did not sync properly and my data did not pass to the Google Sheet, at same time, I have submission auto-delete app enabled for that form, Will the submission be deleted regardless?

Thank you for your response.
To answer your question, yes, if for any reason your Google Sheet integration fails and your data does not sync while at the same time the Auto-Delete app is deleting your form submissions, your submissions will be deleted.
If you are concerned that this may happen to you, I do suggest that you check your Google Sheet integration regularly and perhaps disconnect and reconnect every once in a while to refresh the integration.
You can also disable the Auto-Delete app so that it will no longer delete your form submissions.
Furthermore, I do suggest that you try the new Google Drive JotForm App that will allow you to have all of JotForm's functionality right from within your Google Drive account. Your form submissions and uploads will automatically be saved in your Sheets page without the need of any extra integrations.
