Hi
i previously set up a reminder email daily occurence to fill up a form. it was for a test and trial period. i have now forgotten my username and password, hence i couldnt deactivate it.
could you help me deactivate the reminder and my account?

Can you please provide us your email address that was used to create the account? I don't see any registered account against your email address in this message. If you can provide a form ID or URL then that will help us find your account as well.

Hi Aylwin,
I did find a guest account for this email with one form in it. I've deleted this guest account now so the form has become disabled automatically.
You shouldn't receive any reminders in your email now.
