Is it possible to have conditions in the pdf?

Is it possible to have conditions in the pdf? That is display one element if one of the submission's field is blank.

Hi there - Unfortunately, conditions are not supported in our PDF editor. You may want to consider having two PDF documents to display each of the scenarios and then send them using email conditions.

Example: Two PDF documents are named "PDF-A" and "PDF-B". When the user selects PDF-A, you will receive the Notification Email that has an attachment of PDF-A.

Note that the same logic applies to Autoresponder (submitter copy).
