    Why did my coupon option disappear?

    Hello,

    I have a coupon set up on JotForm with my integration payment system for users to enter a promotional code and receive a fixed amount off. It has been working fine for a couple weeks, but suddenly today someone tried to use it and it said the coupon was valid, but did not decrease the product's amount. I went into the settings and the coupon just "wasn't there." Any idea why this got erased? I did not make any changes to it for it to have gotten deleted. Thanks!

    Hello, I just checked your form https://www.jotform.com/22975176271157 associated with this thread and I found a coupon. Did the user enter the correct coupon code? Did you click on Coupons to see if it shows up after that? That's what I did to view the coupon you had available for your form.

    I would like to recommend that you please Clear your Form Cache then look again. Please let us know if you are still having issues.

    Hi, Yes, they used the right code and it said "valid" and even crossed out the amounts that were to be discounted, but next to the amounts crossed out was written the same amount, not the discounted amount.

    I re-programed the coupon into my form before I posted this, so it is fixed already, I just wanted to bring attention to it and I am concerned that other settings on JotForm may mysteriously "disappear" without my knowing it, causing issues with our products.

    Very glad to see the issue got resolved by rebuilding the coupon. We have not seen anybody else reporting the same.

    However, if something like that ever happen again, we will surely open a ticket and investigate deeper.
