What happens if I change the appointment dates after the form has been live?

    I need to changes the appointment dates people can choose for two of my forms, Play Kit #3 July Request Form and Artistic Chemist Request form, but people have already signed up for the dates that no longer work. What will happen to their signups if I change the dates. Is there a way to automatically contact them and ask them to choose a new date?

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    If you decide to change the date availability of your Appointment's field, the previous form submissions will still display the original date that was selected. Meaning that the users who have filled your form and selected the now unavailable dates will have the original dates on their end.

    Unfortunately, there is currently no feature that will allow you to notify all of these users that the dates have changed. You can, however, use your form submissions to retrieve email addresses from these users and manually notify them of the changes.

    You can also have them edit their form submissions so that they can select the new dates that are available. Simply send them the edit link in the email and they will be able to make the edits.
