    Problems with forms on mobile and ipad device

    Hello,

    I have been having some complaints that our applicants cannot submit their form via their smartphone or ipad. I have tried it on my iphone and it will work part way and then it stops scrolling through. Is there something I can do to make this work better or make it easier for these users?

    I have two forms on my website www.digsk9.org.

    Hello,

    All forms created within JotForm are all mobile optimized and it should work properly just like when you use a desktop browser.

    I have tested your form using an iPhone, Samsung S3, Blackberry Bold and an Android 8"  Pantech Tablet. And was able to load your form on my end.

    It took a while to load because of the customization on your website but the actual form works just fine. 

    What I see is that, the form is scrolling and not fixed with your website so you need to scroll the form within the form frame.

    Ive tried that and after filling in half way through the form it gets stuck
    and I am unable to scroll. It jumps back up to the top of the page and wont
    scroll at all. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    I am able to replicate the issue. 

    I would suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This should help fixed this issue.
    Let me know if problem persists so that we could further investigate.
