    Account being suspended tomorrow?

Asked by georgeb on July 16, 2013 at 08:55 PM

The other day, I logged on, to see that I was nearing account quota and would be suspended.  One of the support agents informed me that I had 8 SSL submissions.

So, I went back and re added all the forms with NON SSL encoding.

I should still have 2 SSL submissions left.

I just got information that the Sender Email issue had been fixed.  So I went and tested it out.

Luckily it worked.  Soon as I tested it out, I got an email, stating I hit quota and my account would be suspended on Wendesday.

Went to my website, and looked at the code for the form, and it is not SSL encoded, and I should still have 2 submissions, so not sure why I got the email?

    Hi,

I have check your account and I can see that you already reach SSL secured submission. Your account and forms will be temporarily disabled. I will now re-activate your account and reset SSL secured submission but please make sure to use non-secured form in order to prevent this from happening again cause we can only reset SSL secured once.

    Thank you!

    Thanks.

however, none of the forms, should be utilizing ssl anymore.  Will have to double check it, I guess.  Thanks again.
