Can I have "sub-users" and limit who sees which results to which forms?

I am looking into purchasing a subscription to make HIPAA compliant forms for several different programs within our organization. Can we have one account, and under that account, have different users who have limited access to which forms they can see? For example, can I restrict access to the results for "Form A" to only be viewed by "user A", etc.?
