I'm testing my form on my site and I'm not getting any notifications in my email. The tests are showing up on jotform so I know it's working but I don't know what I did wrong that I can't get an email notification.

Can you confirm if you're using the correct recipient address for your email alerts? You have three forms in your account. Two of those forms have submissions and the recipient email address is set to email@example.com.
I have checked our mail server logs for that address and I got the following:
Please check your Spam/Junk/Bulk mail folders for the missing emails. It should be there. If not, feel free contact us again. We'll await your response. Thank you.
