Bank Account & Routing Number

Hello,

I'm looking to collect Checking/Saving Bank Account and Routing Numbers from my employee/contracters so that I can set up a direct deposit or some other payment method.

Is it possible to collect this information with Jotform?

I will be including the Terms of Service and E-Signature Widget - will I be okay just doing this?

We can process payments from bank accounts with the eCheck.Net payment integration.

How to integrate eCheck.Net with your form? 

You can also collect it if you add the Terms & Conditions and SIgnature widgets to the form.
