Upon translating my form builder to French, inserting a Date/Time field, clicking the Date Format button and selecting its options, the date was displayed as Month/Day/Year when the first radio button was selected and Day/Month/Year when the bottom button was selected. Is this not what is happening on your end?
The translation certainly needs correcting. For starters, 'french are used with "dd/mm/aaaa"' is not French. (It's hardly even English!) And I'm not sure why the second radio button has no slashes. I have submitted a ticket about this. Thanks for drawing it to our attention.

That was a mis-translation and was fixed by our staff. Please check that the error is gone.
