JotForm Mobile Forms: Why is the mobile app too slow with offline mode?

    Why is the app and website so slow?? I had ZERO clue that there was offline access, so i google other apps that do it, then google if you guys can do it, and low and behold you do, and my setting are ALREADY SET TO IT - which then begs the question "why the hell is the app so slow". I have a galaxy note 10, only 2 months old and not even a month into your service. I found the feature already on, and i went into airplane mode after watching this video, and it took like 15 to 20 seconds to view a submission. It seemed like it was downloading even though i was already offline. I'm not all formed-out, only 6 forms with 1 in primary use. Theres no excuse for why its so slow offline.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. 

    You're correct as the form should have the data stored locally and it should not take too much to load it.

    May you confirm this is the form where you're experiencing the issue? 

    Also, may you try updating your app?

    I said "Yes, that is the slowest, but that doesn't give me much hope because that one is going to continue to have more submissions.

    I counted 10 seconds to load for that form, and the one with the next highest amount of submissions is sales record/ inhouse order form, and thats the second slowest."

    Kindly try re-installing the app, if the problem continues, please let us know the app version so we can forward this matter to our back-end team for further inspection, you will find the version on the app settings at the very bottom.
