Need help with monday integration

    I wish that this guide actually worked. I've done all of the recommended steps, yet the submitted data through the form is still not showing on the designated Monday.com board it is pointed to. I sincerely need assistance with getting your tool's integration setup so that it works correctly, consistently.

    For over a month now, I've tried to make the integration work seamlessly, with no luck. I would be happy to demonstrate this frustrating issue with someone on Jotform's development team, as it is difficult to explain with only words. I welcome any Technical Support or Development assistance.

    I did a few test submissions on my form with just name and email for testing purposes and it is always sent to monday.com. I couldn't reproduce the problem.

    Example:

    Before completing the integration, could you please test the integration by clicking on the "Test Integration" button? If it says successful but it's not sending data to monday.com, try to delete mapped fields one by one and keep on sending test submission, see which field that isn't working. There could be field type that isn't yet supported on integration or there could be an invalid format value that breaks it like the Phone field, I believe the value should match exactly on the target field.

    I can't match the fields with the checkbox format (multiple choice questions. Can I have support for this?
