    Conditions not working in IE9

Asked by heroweb on July 17, 2013 at 04:52 PM

I have a jotform on my client's website. It works okay in Firefox and hit and miss in Chrome, but the conditions are not working at all in IE. How do I get it working?

    Thank you for contacting us.

It must be related to the conflict between form code and other javascripts on your web page. In order to fix it, please try to use an iFrame embedding option. The iFrame does not conflict with other elements.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Well, the iframe works, but the set height looks pretty silly when the conditional items are hidden. Any way to get it to resize as needed?

Unfortunately, dynamic iframe size is not possible with iframe. Iframe works with fixed height, there's no way to auto-change that. I tested your form so far with iframe and it's working great. You can also set scrolling to yes e.g. scrolling="yes" so it creates a scrollbar when the form contents overlaps the iframe.

    Thank you!
