Thank you for posting your concern. Please ensure that the Unique Submission setting under Preferences is set to "no checking" so that the form will not check the cookies and your guest can fill out the form as usual.
You can change the Unique Submission settings in the future by clicking the Preferences button of the toolbar, then go to Advanced Settings tab and change the Unique Submissions settings from there.
