    i couldn't able to make payment to upgrade my account.

    always showing the massage:

    "Unable to switch subscription. Your card was declined.

    To update your billing details please click the button below."

    (i paid with Visa card)

    I can see that you are on the Free account. 

    Kindly check the validity and balance on your card and then upgrade the account as per the instructions provided in the shared guide.

    Please clear your browser cache, then login and try upgrading OR log into your account from an incognito browser window and then try upgrading.

    If you are still unable to upgrade, let us know which plan are you trying to upgrade to.
