    Feature Request: Have First Name and Last Name Map Separately through Zapier

    Is it possible to map the First Name and Last Name fields in a form spepartely in Zapier.

    I have an integration between Jotform and Base CRM but the Name field is output as FULLNAME in Zapier.

    If it is not possible can the DEVs look into this? Or as I am discovering, sometimes it could be an issue at the Zapier side of things? If so let me know so I reach out to their support team

    Hello, Unfortunately I don't think that is possible because of the way the Name Field is built right now. We don't have a feature to change the Full Name format other then what is already included here on JotForm Builder such as configuring the Prefix, Middle Name, or Suffix in example.

    A suggestion to work around this and separate it would be to use 2 plain Textboxes with one labeled First Name and the other Last Name which should work in most crm's if the Name of the field matches. If not then you should be able to customize and map them.

    I'm not quite sure at the moment about implementing advanced features to get Zapier to achieve this would go right now. But I will go ahead and forward this as a feature request to our Development Team to see if there is anything that can be done about it on our end. We will update you as soon as we can.
