Your IP address 220.127.116.11 is added to White List. Kindly let us know if problem persists so that we could further investigate.
This happend to me before, but it is an issue with my internet connection (not having a static IP address, I can see that your IP address is from the Philippines. Is this correct?)
You can try to reset your router or clear your DNS cache and test if you can go through after doing so. (This is the troubleshooting I did on my end when I had this problem)

i believe the IP address is from nigeria, they said problem is still there.. i will suggest to them to clear dns

Request you to please visit this URL http://www.findmyipaddress.com/ and see what IP address you get.
I have again added your IP "18.104.22.168" to white list. Please check and let us know if the issue persist.
