Credit card payment suddenly not showing when clicked on my form.

Asked by vipdance on July 18, 2013 at 11:57 AM

When the credit card button is selected, nothing happens. It used to open up to collect payment details. It has been working all year. What happened? What should I do?

    Thanks!

    Hi.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I am able to replicate the same when I tried in your page. But, When I tried it using the direct link, it works fine.

So request you to delete the code in your page and copy the new code from the JotForm. Then My Suggestion is use Iframe source instead of Script Source code.

Let us know if you still have the issue.

    Thank you.

Ok, Now to solve this problem, we can enable the scroll bar, so that when the form size exceeds, a scrollbar will be appear for the user to scroll down and click the submit button.

    To Enable Scrollbar:

When you copy and paste the iframe source code, you find an attribute called scrolling

Set this value to yes, (by default it is "no")

So now it will be scrolling="yes"

    Hope this solves your problem.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
