a client tried multiple times to upload a large file, which took me above my 100MB limit. now my forms are disabled.
is there a way to clear out my storage space to reactivate my forms?

Deleting your submission will automatically delete the attached files as well. I see that you have already deleted your submissions.
I've refreshed the upload space settings on your account and it should now be showing 0.0 KB. Please login to your JotForm account and let us know if you don't see the updated upload space.
