Why do my forms look different in Internet Explorer?

The "Submit" button on this form is not correct--it should be a brown wood color.  The way it is now, it's almost invisible.
And, the scroll bar should appear only if necessary.

The "Subject" field on this form is mis-aligned.
And, the "PHONE/CELL/MOBILE" field covers up part of the label name (Phone/Cell/Mobile).
And, The shadow is missing around the form.
And, the scroll bar should appear only if necessary.

Are these things just quirks with Int Expl or can they be fixed so that the forms look the same in the 3 main browswers? (IE, FF, Chrome)

It appears to be an issue with older version of Internet Explorer as it look fine using the latest Internet Explorer.  Please try setting your form to a secure form and see if it resolves the issue as it appears the script is being rejected by the SSL of your server.

I do not see any scroll in the form, are you pertaining to the scrollbar of the browser?

Can you please provide us a screenshot as I was unable to see the same issue you are currently experiencing. Could you also tell us what IE browser you are using?

"Please try setting your form to a secure form" - How do I do that?  Is it something I do via Jotform?

I have IE 8; I was able to look at another monitor and saw that the forms look OK, except for the FORM's scroll bar.  By that I mean the up/down arrows on the right side of the message box.  In FF & Chrome those do not appear.  That is not a big deal; I'm just curious as to why they're there.

    Hi,

Here's how to setup a secure form: Setting Up a Secure or SSL Form.

That is a behaviour of Internet Explorer with regards to the Scrollbars. You can remove  that by injecting a custom CSS codes - below:

    .form-textarea { overflow: auto; }

Here's how to inject: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes

    Thanks

    .form-textarea { overflow: auto; } - Done; thanks!

"Please try setting your form to a secure form"  I did the Secure form by using the Secure Form checkbox and entering the code in my site; but the "Submit" button is still incorrect--the one that should be the brown wood color.  (The "Submit" button on this form is not correct--it should be a brown wood color.  The way it is now, it's almost invisible)
Since you say that the Submit button looks fine in a newer version of Int Expl, I guess that will do.  I can't seem to load the current version here on my PC; so I will just trust that it looks correct to everyone else.

Do you have the latest Internet Explorere version?

Also try to clear your browser cache and cookies and check if you will still have the issue.

Let us know if problem persists so that we could further take action.

    Thank you

    @ ssmediator

Regarding Button Image in this page.

Ya I am able to replicate your issue in IE9.

I tried to solve the issue, but it seems it is hard coded at the backend source. Our Developers may solve this Issue.

I will escalate this issue to our development team now. Will let you know once the problem is fixed.

    Thank you.
