is there a way using the image tool to have a slideshow capability? for instance I want one of my employees to have his bio and all the while the pictures of him would change every few seconds?

This is achievable using the form's source code and add your own slide show script codes when embedding the form in your own website.
BUT I would like to inform you right away, that this task would probably cause more effort than its merit.
The form was basically not meant to be use for slide shows. You could not even find such slide show template form in our Jotform Gallery.
There is a default ligtbox form feature but it is not a slide show of images.
This website should also help on the idea.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

Are you referring to embedding your form as lightbox? How to Create a Lightbox Form. However if you mean add lightbox images in your form, that's not possible in the form builder. As suggested by my colleague, this is only doable using your form source code: How to get your Form Source Code.
