    Reviewed app, told no extra submissions!

    So you guys really need to work on this 'get more submissions' process - 'cause what you have now kind of sucks.

     

    I went to my account, did the 'get more' bit and posted a review on the google store.

     

    When I submitted it I copied the URL and sent it in.  I just got an email saying the link is bad.

     

    ...that's funny to me, since when you go to the google store and you look at the reviews, THERE'S MY REVIEW!!

     

    Now that it's up, I don't see a way to get a URL to my personal review...so how exactly am I supposed to claim it when the only point you can capture the url is at creation - and you claim it was a bad link?

     

    If I copied the link after I posted and can SEE the review buy you say it's bad...how did my review magically get posted?!  Did it materialize all by itself?  Did someone else post a review using my credentials in a heinous act of cyber-gifting?

     

    You guys REALLY need to fix the process for getting those extra submissions...it took me the better part of a day to get the last group of extra submissions credited...here I am doing it all over again.  Are you intentionally making it so difficult to claim the extra submissions to try to force more people to go to the paid process? 

     

    Come on guys, get it together already...I've been working with Jotforms for all of two or three days and I'm just about fed up with the customer service already.

    Your request has been denied;  because it does not meet the following criteria:

    - The review must contain a link to JotForm 

    - The review most be relevant.

    - The review must belong to a site owned by the submitter. Not Google store, or something like that. It can be a blog or a webpage.

    Really?!  That's funny, because when you actually click on the "Get More" link, then click on the "Review JotForm on a Site" link, THIS is what comes up in the dialog box:

    Review & Give Points to Jot Form
    Review JotForm on Chrome Web Store
    We will review yoru link and increase your limits

    You guys don't even know how your own site is programmed or how your own promotions work!!!

    NOWHERE does it say that you have to post the review "to a site owned by the submitter"...and NOWHERE does it say the review must contain a link to JotForm (that's rediculous...the link you guys provide is to the JotForm product, so why should you link right back to the product site you are already on?!?!).

     How about you guys get it together already...this is rediculous!

    Ok, my fault.  This is something that has been implemented just recently.
