We have created a form to have Festival Workers sign up for various volunteer jobs at our Festivals. Is there any way to take the data that comes into our forms and then merge it into another form we created to assign and report the jobs assigned.
Example - we already have collected on form one all their Name, address, phone, email, data. We do not want to have to reinter that data into form 2.
Form 2 will have us technically (if we can not merge data from form 1) enter name, email, phone, for each one and then we have listed each of the jobs and timeslots that are needed to be filled. We give each timeslot and job a selctable check box and if we are going to use them at that time we enter into their form (from our end) all the check boxes that apply to them, then we want to hit submit and then send them a copy of their form (that includes their personal data as well as the timeslots and jobs we have given them.

We do not have any feature to share the data between forms. However, you can add a notification to your Form 1, in order to send a link with pre-populated to your Form 2 fields.
