    I paste the Form code but I cannot see the form on my site

    Asked by davidrgz on July 19, 2013 at 05:13 AM

    I created a form with one of your templates (the one in wood style).

    The problem is that when I paste the Source Code into my Prestashop site it doesn´t work. (attached is an screenshot of the code I paste and also enclosed below)

    And this is the page where I pasted in:  http://tokyoto-luggage.es/es/content/30-formulario-contacto

    I have tried with the embed code, the Iframe and the Source Code, but none of them worked.

    Awaiting for your news, warm regards,

    window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}

    It appears that Prestashop is altering the code when you paste it into the page. I'm not familiar with PrestaShop and unless my colleagues can shed some light on why this is occurring, you may need to ask PrestaShop support for help. I notice they have a help forum. Has anyone there experienced similar issues with third party applications?
