I've been sending alot of email out through Jotform using the reply button. I have had a couple of the applicants say they didn't get the email so when I went to make sure I sent it, I couldn't find a way to do that. Can you let me know if this information is stored somewhere?

You can set the Reply-To Email to the email field in your form (in your case it is indicated as email).
This allows you to easily reply to those who filled your form.
