    Matrix form option is squished and doesn't show correctly

    Asked by emclanekinsethcom on July 19, 2013 at 05:30 PM

    Please help me adjust the width of the columns in the maitrix.

    The matrix question only appears when Platinum is chosen on page 1.

    Hi,

    This is because there is a condition on your form that does this. The condition says, Show the matrix field Monday Night Selections ONLY when Platinum Sponsorship Level is selected.

    You may want to check your form again. If you need to, you can temporarily disable this condition and test your form again. It should fix this conflict.

    As for the matrix width, it has to do with the wrong unit on matrix table width code.

    Though I am not sure yet if this is a typo error on the form's code itself (I will investigate further), BUT you can temporarily fix this by injecting this additional CSS code on the form

    .form-matrix-table{width:600px;}

    This should set the widht to 600px correctly.

    Please try this suggestions. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Upon further check, we were able to trace the cause of the typo error in the table width unit.

    In the property of the matrix field, do not include anymore the 'px' unit to the width number.

    If you check this, there should be no need to add the CSS code

    .form-matrix-table{width:600px;}

    I suggested.

    Hope this help. Inform us if you have further concern.

    Thanks.
