This is the second time I use facebook integration. Last time it worked perfectly, not this time tho
I did a search and have the EXACT same problem with http://www.jotform.com/answers/173159-Submit-button-does-not-load-automatically-with-Facebook-Integration
To put it short: After the user accepts the facebook app authorization thing, the submit button doesn't show up UNLESS he or she RELOADS the page. Its kinda pointless because reloading means the user has to fill up the form again.
The form resides on form.jotformpro.com, I've set the domain to "jotformpro.com" and site url to "http://form.jotformpro.com/". Pretty sure they're the correct settings.
Please help asap, I need the form done in a few hours :(

I have forwarded this thread to our Level 2 Support/Developers for further investigations. I am able to replicate the same on my end.
While waiting, you may consider enabling "Auto Fill" feature so to avoid loosing all filled data and selections in case refresh is required. Check this guide on how: How to Enable Auto Fill Feature

We just tested this and it looks like everything's working now. It was likely fixed as part of another update.
Note that the app's "App Domains" settings should include the form's domain.
