Display image beside a question

Hi there,

Is there a way we can move the image as per the attachment below to be placed at the end of the question rather than appearing at the bottom as it currently sits?

If yes, simply Shrink both fields.

Yes that’s perfect however I cannot seem to “shrink it” like in the picture below.
Every time I select “shrink” for this question it won’t actually reduce/change for me.
Pls help

I checked your form and it is displaying side-by-side on actual and in preview.

Thank you although I have attempted to do it for the rest of the survey and unfortunately can’t seem to shrink it so the image appears next to the question.\

Hello Joy - How about extending the form width to 800px and then set the label alignment for radio buttons to left?

Unfortunately it still doesn’t work for all Q’s (brain still appears on the bottom).
Where it does work, I feel the question being asked looks quite crammed.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Do you want to add this image next to each question you have added in form?

I have cloned your form and will work on it to add image and also align fields accordingly. 

I will get back to you on this soon.
