    My account has been suspicious and I don’t know why! Who can I talk too?

    It seems your form was collecting credit card information that's why it was suspended.

    Do note that it is not allowed to collect credit card/banking information in the forms due to our PCI compliance.

    If you want to collect payments in the form, you may use our available payment integration.
