Stripe: Uknown Error Message

    I created a basic payform with a subscription setup as such:

    $.99 for the initial payment and $47/month after.

    When I tested the form I received an error from JotForm (I did not capture a screen shot).

    However, when I checked my Stripe it said the transaction was successful.

    The charged amount was not the $.99 it was the $47. In addition I did not receive a notification from JotForm (I did, however, receive one from Stripe).

    The question is...if the payment was successful why did it show an error? What page should I have anticipated to see?

    Also, why was the card not charged the initial $.99 before being charged $47?

    Do you remember the error message that you received? If not, can you tell us how we can exactly replicate the same issue to make the error message appear as I was unable to replicate the same issue. The page you should see after the payment is that 'Thank You' page you have created. Please try setting the Stripe keys manually and see if it help removed the error message you encountered.

    Regarding the email notification, please try adding a Sender Name in your form email notification and see if it resolves the issue.
