Are there browser compatability issues with IE version 9 or Mozilla Firefox? My form works in IE 7 but not version 9?

    Hello Tina,

Cross-browser issues will always be there as long as the major browsers use different rendering engines. Your form as a stand-alone, doesn't have any problems displaying with IE8, Firefox and Chrome on my end. Now I assume that it is the embedded form on your page that is giving you troubles. It would make life easier for us if you give us the link to the page where your form is embedded.

That way we'll be able to find what's causing the compatibility issues and find a desirable workaround, if not a fix. Thank you for your cooperation. We are eagerly awaiting your response.

    Hello Tina,

Your form seems to work fine in Firefox, Chrome, IE8 and Safari. I was able to view the form and do test submits on it. Unfortunately, I couldn't test with IE9 as I don't have it installed in my system. I am of the opinion that IE9 should be less problematic than IE8, as it is newer and bugs should have been fixed already.

Can you tell us how exactly is your form not working under IE9? If possible, please send us a screenshot of the page. Thank you and we'll await your response.

I have had a couple compatibility issues with IE9 (not just on jotform).  I had turned on compatibility view for a different issue in Jotform and it solved my problem.  But just now I was trying to click the gear for properites on the submissions page.  It wouldn't activate in compatibility view, but when I turned off compatibility it worked.

Could be my configuration of IE9 on 64bit Win7, haven't tried duplicating any of this on another computer.
