It says our account is suspended again but we dont know why this keeps happening

    Hi 

    Why does this keep happening. Today like yesterday as soon as i clicked on the email section in one of the forms our account is suspended.

    What can be done to fix this.

     It is happening constantly I cant even edit a form without them getting disable. Please advise what i can do to stop this.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. It seems that the account is being suspended due to suspected email phishing. Usually, this is caused due to the email content having some keywords suspected for spamming/phishing. Though this may not be the case with you, please let us know here if the account is disabled again so that we can check with our backend team.

    We have now activated your account again and you should be able to login to your account and manage your forms normally.

    As soon as i click on our membership renewal form's settings the form was disable again. Does not matter what form i have it keeps doing it.

    This has been going on for way to long long there must be a setting that is not right in the back end.

    It seems that your account was auto suspended by our Phishing Detector due to your autoresponder email asking for payments.

    I suggest that instead of adding it plainly as your email content, kindly create a separate document for that and attach it to the autoresponder email.

    Please do this on all your forms that has similar autoresponder email contents.
