Save and Continue Later

I set up my form with a save and continue later button. I was editing it and putting in sample numbers. Now when I use the link it prompts me to use current draft or start over with a blank form.

When I am sending the link for clients to enter, I do not want it to show this option to start. Right now it pulls up my bogus data. I just want it to be a blank form.

How can I get around this problem? Any ideas....

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Rachel,

Please provide us more information about the issue you are getting. I can't seem to fully understand your query. What link are you sending to your client? is it the session link or the actual form link? Or are you referring to the session link they'll receive via email when they save the form?

Take note that the Save and Continue Later feature, automatically create a draft if the form is saved, so the prompt you are referring will keep on showing unless you've completed the saved form or clear your browser's cache.

We look forward to your response.

The link that I send to clients to fill out their form is the actual form
link that is not functioning correctly. When I built the form I put in a
save now and continue later button. I then was testing the feature. Now,
when I copy the link and open a new tab and paste the link, it shows the
data which I input when I was testing the form. I need it to open a new
form without clients clicking on the "Discard and start over" or "Continue
    with draft".
Here is the link and what I am referring to:

I was hoping that when a client receives my onboarding email that they
would click the link and it would be a fresh form.
I feel like I am missing something.
    Thanks for your help,

    Hi,

Thank you for providing additional information.

The link you have provided is showing a blank form on my end. You are showing the "Discard and start over" or  "Continue with draft" options because you are using the same browser and device when you filled up the form.

Please note that the Save and Continue Later option is pulling the information from your browser's cache, here's a related guide for your reference: How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

We recommend using the form's direct link when sharing the form to your clients:  Where to Find My Form URL?. In this way, they will surely receive a blank version of your form.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
