    Hello chmarine

Are you still experiencing this issue? When I cloned your form and made a test submission, the subject line in the autoresponse was "CH Marine Glendore Classic Regatta - Entry Received".

If the form is embedded in a page, please provide that page's URL so that we can see it in context and perhaps get a better understanding of what might be causing the problem. By the way, instead of the URL you have provided above, use

Incidentally, I noticed that notifications 2 and 3 are identical, except for the recipient email addresses. To have the same notification sent to multiple recipients, just enter all of the email addresses separated by commas. (Please see this article in our user guide.)

    Hello Abajan

Many thanks for your efficient response  -The problem seems to have resolved itself and I think it was because the form was not saving properly after making changes .

I will change the notification as you mentioned.

One other question   - Is there an easier way of putting an image on the autoresponder and notification .  I understand that you must first upload the  image and then pull it into the mail  through an URL

Many thanks for your help – It is a great product

It's good to hear that the problem is now inexistent. Thank you for using Jotform. Please do contact us again if there's anything else we can assist you with.
