Notification email problem

    When setting up the notification email none of my email fields (no fields) are available for the sender-email drop down. This used to work and in the last few weeks stopped for all of my forms. The email is now coming from donotreply@jotform and I need it to come from an email address field on the form. The fields are correct format as an email but I do not get it as a choice in the dropdown box sender email. This is a big problem for us, please respond ASAP.

    You will need to reverify your email account for this one. Kindly click the sender E-mail dropdown and select "Add a Sender Email"

    Then you will need to enter your email so that the form can verify it.

    A code will then be sent to your email address for you to paste it on the window above and finish the verification process. Your email should be appearing on your Sender E-mail dropdown options once you have successfully verified your email.

    That is all well and good but I need the Sender E-mail to be a form field and not a static address. I just view the training video regarding notification and it shows a field list. Mine does not show that???

    Hi, We Just changed these options. Sorry for the inconvenience, But you can acheive this by using Mandrill account as Sender email.

    You cannot directly use the form email field as the sender Email.
