I paid for the 9.95 per month plan yesterday to avoid my forms being disabled and yet they are now anyway and it shows me having a free account. Can someone figure this out quickly?

Please let us know the Order Reference Number so we can manually correct this from our end. A situation like this is mostly caused by providing Email Address or Name instead of the Jotform Username. Without providing the Jotform Username, our system will fail to automatically upgrade your account.
