I am using the phone number and DOB fields on my form and seems as though someone could enter letters instead of numbers. Is there a way to restrict and allow only numbers for both fields? Also, is there a way a person can select from a calendar when entering in their DOB?Thank you!

Yes you can restrict to only allow numbers in your phone number field. Also you can use calander for DOB field.

Let me show how its done.

1) For phone number field:

You can use Number element under Basic form elements. You can change the default placeholder value, set minimum - maximum number of characters , change title name etc. 

Select Number form element instead

Change the Label name 

Limit your entry with min max no of characters

Set any default value

2) For DOB field:

You can select date picker field to get a calendar view for DOB.

Select Date Picker field for DOB

Play around with the editor and you will be perfect.
