    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for posting your concern here.

    Regarding the incompatibility issue between Jquery and JotForm Feedback scripts. I was experimenting on using Iframe as a possible workaround while the incompatibility issue is being remedied by our developers.

    Please create a new web page and paste the following code:

    <html>
    <body>
    <script src="//www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">
    new JotformFeedback({
    formId: "10921225162",
    buttonText: "Contact - standard",
    base: "http://www.jotform.com/",
    background:'#F59202',
    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',
    buttonSide: "top",
    buttonAlign: "right",
    type:false,
    width: 700,height: 500});
    </script></script><iframe src="http://www.jotform.com" frameborder=0 width=100% height=100% scrolling=auto align=middle></iframe>
    </body>
    </html>

    Note: change the highlighted text with your JotForm Form ID (yellow) and your website's URL (green).This is a simplified code. You can further customize it according to your needs.

    The above code basically consists of a Feedback Form script and an Iframe tag to display your website. In this case, the Jquery script and JotForm Feedback Form script will not interfere with each other since they belong to different pages. Please try this and let us know if it will work for you or not.

    We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Rest assured that this is being attended to by our team. Thank you for using JotForm!
